Seniors Interclub is organized doubles format played weekly on Tuesday mornings or afternoons beginning in June.  Teams play a total of 6 events consisting of 3 home and 3 away over a 6-week schedule ending in July followed by playoff and championship weeks.

Format 

• There will be two 55-minute matches.
• 1st Match:
  • Men's A vs. Men's A
  • Men's B vs. Men's B
  • Ladies A vs. Ladies A
  • Ladies B vs. Ladies B
• 2nd Match:
  • Mixed A vs. Mixed A
  • Mixed B vs. Mixed B
  • Mixed C vs. Mixed C
  • Mixed D vs. Mixed D
• There will not be any A / B crossover.

Playoff Round 

• 4th place team @ 1st place team
• 3rd place team @ 2nd place team
• All Playoff Round participants must have played a minimum of 2 regular season matches.
• Tie breaker for playoff matches will be total # of games won.

Championship Round

• Playoff Round winner @ team that finished with highest total points during the regular season.

Additional Details

• Visiting team must declare their lineup for all matches before the home team does.
• Home team supplies the balls and light refreshments.
• To get all events completed in 2 hours, 4 courts are required.
• Results of each event are sent to the Convenor and league standings are updated and sent to all team captains weekly.
• In the event of rainouts or uncompleted events that week is deleted from the points standings.
• If 2 or more rainouts, only the first rainout will be played.
• If a 2nd rainout make-up is needed the semifinal and championship will be played one week later than scheduled.
• If there is an imbalance of events played between the teams the average points per event will be used for all to determine final standings.

Please Note for 2026

Westmount's courts will be undergoing a renovation this season, so their 'Home' matches will be played at the 'Away' club.
