VICTORIA PARK TENNIS CLUB

The VPTC Singles Ladder is intended to encourage friendly competition and help players with finding other club members at their approximate skill level to play with.

The ladder format ranks all players one on top of the other.  Players challenge up the ladder.  If a player beats a higher placed player, they move to the place occupied by the higher player who would then move down one place and push everyone below them down.  If the higher order challenged player wins then the ladder does not change.

Here are some key points to consider before you commit:

• Challenge games would occur once a week on Tuesdays or Fridays from 6pm on and will be allowed one hour.  Matches may be played any other time but must follow board rules.
• If you are challenged, you have one week to play or you forfeit the match.
• The ladder will consist of Men, Women and a few select Juniors.
• The ladder competition ends Sept 30th.

Registration is open throughout the season but there is limited capacity.  Please allow 1 week for confirmation and ladder board updates.
